Launch of All New Anti-cavities LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea & Charity Campaign

When you  trying out LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea with anti-cavities benefits, at sampling counters in selected retail hypermarkets this July, you are actually joining a charity campaign! :O

Yes, in conjunction with the launch of its latest mouthwash LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea, the country’s best-selling mouthwash brand embarked on a charitable campaign to get Malaysians smiling to the benefits of a local orphanage home.
 
What can you do to support this charity campaign?

1.) Head to the sampling counters in selected retail hypermarkets,  to try out the all new refreshing flavor LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea mouthwash in this July, LISTERINE® will contribute one Malaysian Ringgit (RM1) to the orphanage, which currently houses 51 children aged four to 17 years.

2.) With every purchase of LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea in the 250 ml bottle or more, LISTERINE® will contribute two Malaysian Ringgit (RM2) to the identified home
Early this month, Eunice Tan, Commercial Director for Malaysia and Singapore, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products along with actress Irma Hasmie, model and actor Fizo Omar and religious teacher and TV host Ustazah Amie Sofia jointly unveiled the Semurni Senyuman, Seikhlas Hati campaign at the product launching of LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea today.

Eunice Tan, Group Commercial Director for Malaysia and Singapore of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products said that the all new LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea is a mild and refreshing flavor to help adults address their key concern of dental cavities with a natural-based formula during the launch.
In her speech, she said “We all know that a healthy mouth that is free of cavity will give you a natural and beautiful smile. So we would like to get Malaysians smiling by trying out LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea with anti-cavities benefits, and every time they do so, LISTERINE® will make a donation to Rumah Anak-anak Yatim Asrama Damai, an orphanage located in Kuang, Selangor”.
Both Irma and Fizo also expressed their support to the smile campaign as they have always wanted to help Malaysian orphans.
Dr Arunee Laiteerapong, Associate Director of Johnson & Johnson’s Global Research, Development & Engineering in Asia Pacific region was at the launch of LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea to explicate the science behind the new product.
As fluoride is the main agent in LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea, Dr. Arunee explained that it helps to effectively inhibit demineralization or eroding of tooth (due to exposure to acid, such as consumption of sugar-containing drinks or sweets) and kill biofilm plaque bacteria that constantly form on the surface of our teeth.
The all-new LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea is now available in all major pharmacies and hypermarkets nationwide.   
LISTERINE® Natural Green Tea sampling counters are available at selected participating outlets nationwide starting 30 June, mainly on weekends.
